Quality 

We raise Oregon White Leg Prawns (L. vannamei) at our farm in Canby, just outside of Portland, OR. It is a controlled, closed tank system in which we closely regulate the water quality to ensure our shrimp are raised in the best quality water possible- which means the best tasting shrimp you can get.

Our Prawns are fed a custom, non-GMO diet that contains NO HORMONES, ANTIBIOTICS, OR OTHER CHEMICAL TREATMENTS

Fresh, Never Frozen

We provide fresh product, period.  No lengthy shipping process in brine solutions to conceal the age of our product. We are a local farm that is committed to providing only the highest quality fresh seafood.

Preparation Tips 

Oregon White Leg Prawns are best prepared “whole, shell and head on”; this maximizes the natural flavors present. The shrimp heads can be boiled to make a delicious, golden stock as well!  The legs of the prawns should be eaten with the tails; they have a very sweet taste and a texturing similar to soft shell crab.
